Are you struggling after a breakup?Â
After nearly 30 years of working with women through heartbreak and separation, I understand just how overwhelming this experience can be.
Whether it’s the end of a marriage, a long-term relationship, something shorter but deeply felt, unrequited love, or one of those confusing situationships… heartbreak can feel all-consuming.
Not just emotionally, but mentally and physically too.
Every relationship has its own story.
Its own dynamics.
Its own meaning.
And when you’re in the middle of it, it can feel impossible to believe that anyone truly understands what you’re going through.
I do.
I understand how your mind keeps searching for answers.
Replaying conversations.
Trying to make sense of what happened.
I understand how it impacts your sleep, your confidence, your sense of self… and your ability to see a way forward.
Over the years, I’ve had countless women tell me,
“I don’t think I’m ever going to get over this.”
But with the right support and the right approach, they do.
Not by relying on time alone.
But by understanding what is happening — and knowing what to do next.

Whats your Attachment Style?Â
Take the Quiz above!
Understanding your attachment style is one of the most powerful tools for healing from heartbreak and building healthier relationships. Attachment styles—Secure, Anxious, Avoidant, and Fearful—develop early in life and shape how we connect, communicate, and cope with emotional closeness and separation.
In relationships, they influence how we handle intimacy, trust, conflict, and vulnerability. After a breakup, your attachment style can explain why you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—and why certain patterns keep repeating. Gaining insight into your style helps you recognize triggers, set boundaries, and respond with greater self-compassion. It’s not about blaming yourself, but about understanding your wiring—so you can consciously shift toward more secure, connected, and fulfilling relationships in the future.

      Whats your Coping Style?
Take the Quiz above!Â
In my work I've noticed that some people drown in emotions, others blame themselves, some people spiral in their head, some people try to detach and numb themselves while others are focussed on the future. While I've observed people having a combination of all of these, typically; one of these responses is their primary response. I call this a persons "Primary Emotional Response."
We all cope differently in the face of heartache. It's important to understand what your style of coping is so that we can come up with strategies that are small, achievable, relevant to heartbreak, and also relevant to your particular coping style.
